What’s the process to work with me?
1. Initial Conversation:
We will have a 30-45 minute call about your business, marketing goals, customers, previous marketing strategies and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Written Proposal
If we agree that it might be good to work together, I’ll write a proposal outlining my PPC and Digital marketing recommendations, pricing, and hour estimates. This makes everything clear and transparent.
3. Follow up + Contract
I’ll send you the proposal and contract to review. We can connect when you’re ready to go over questions and other thoughts. If everything is agreed upon and contracts are signed, we will discuss:
• product or service
• KPI’s and goals
• partners
• customers
• mission and values
• business/marketing successes
• competitors
• your brand & messaging
• history/story
• market changes
4. Research
Next step is completing thorough research to help dictate the messaging or creatives for ads. I research keyword search volume, alternative searches keywords, audience segments for social advertising, a/b testing options and more. I’ll analyze Google ads, Google analytics and other platforms to understand what’s worked, what hasn’t and next steps.
5. Create the Marketing Strategy + Conversion Tracking Plan
Create a plan of action to drive leads or sales and track success. This might include a fully built out conversion nurturing funnel, a/b testing strategies, or a simple straight forward paid media campaign.
6. Execution
Implementing the strategy might include Google ads, SEO, Bing ads, Facebook/instagram ads, Linkedin ads and other paid channels. I’ll update previous ads, or create new ones to ensure your business is appearing for the right searches. I’ll ensure tracking codes are correct in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Setup and execution can take anywhere from 5-20 hours depending on the number of products/services you have, keywords, campaigns, targeting, and the amount of data to analyze.
7. Reporting + Ongoing Communication
I’ll create a custom report with Google Data Studio that tracks KPIs and goals we talked about. You’ll be able to see progress, changes, trends, and opportunities for your business. You’ll always be in the loop.
